II. Online Sales Terms

By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority valid in your State or Province of residence or that you are the age of majority valid in your State or Province of residence and that you have given us consent to authorize any underage to the use of this website. 

It is forbidden to use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes, it is also forbidden, in using the Service, to violate any law of our jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

It is forbidden to transmit worms, viruses or any other code of destructive nature. A violation of any of the Terms and Conditions will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

PuraVitaFood reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. 

You understand that your information (excluding credit card details) may be transferred in the clear and include (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to adapt and conform to the technical requirements of the networks or devices. Credit card details are always encrypted when being transferred over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services or any other content on the website through which the service is provided, without written permission from PuraVitaFood.

We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this website is provided for general information only and should not be regarded as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more up-to-date sources of information. Reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This website may contain some historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. V. Products and Services

 Some products or services may only be available during a limited period of the year or may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our policy over your "Right of Withdrawal". Every effort has been made to show the colors and images of our products on the store as accurately as possible. PuraVitaFood cannot guarantee perfect accuracy of  colors in your computer monitor. 

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction. We can exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve also the right to limit quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. 

We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is invalid where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other materials acquired or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that all errors in the service will be corrected.

VI. Accuracy of Billing and Profile Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order received. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and / or orders that use the same billing address and / or shipping address. 

In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and / or billing address / telephone number provided at the time the order was placed. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchasing and profile information for all purchases made at our store.

You agree that your comments will not infringe any third party right, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that the comments do not contain defamatory or otherwise illegal, abusive or obscene material, that do not contain viruses or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. 

You may not use a false e-mail address or pretend to be another person, or otherwise deceive us or third parties as to the origin of the comments. Users are solely responsible for any comments made and their accuracy. We take no responsibility for comments posted by you or by third parties

VIII. Applicable Law and Severability

This contractual relationship between you and PuraVitaFood is subject to International, European and Dutch law

In case any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable, this provision must still be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be considered separable from this Service Contract, so that such determination does not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions. Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these general conditions of service cannot be interpreted against the drafting party.

IX. Return and Refund

1. Return for corruption of goods

If the product you purchased is damaged, you can return it to PuraVitaFood within 14 days from receiving the product or change it for anotherone. In case, at the time of delivery, you notice damage to the package, please sign the receipt of  shipment to the courier "With Reserve". Later, in case you verify the actual presence of damage, you can contact us at help@puravitafood.com with the description of the problem that has occurred and the photographic proof of the same. 

Before proceeding with fisical return or replacement of the product, you need to receive a confirmation called "Return Authorization" where we will describe return methods and conditions. Once you have received the "Return Authorization", we will proceed with the shipment of the product(s) to replace or refund the corresponding total. The costs of shipping the replacement product(s) will be borne by us. 

1. Return for other reasons

If  the product you have purchased does not match your expectation, you can return it within 14 days from receiving the product or change it for anotherone. In order to return the product it is necessary to contact our Customer Care Service [email: help@puravitafood.com] communicating your rethinking and your order number. Before proceeding with fisical return of the product, you need a "Return Authorization" that will describe how to proceed. 

Once you have received our "Return Authorization", it will be possible to proceed with fisical return of the products at Pilotenstraat 32, 1059CJ, Amsterdam, Nederlands. Return shipping cost will be borne by you. Following our confirmation of the conformity of the returned product (the returned product must still be closed and sealed in its original packaging), the value of purchased product will be returned as agreeded with Customer Care net of shipping cost and any other management cost. If the product is found to be damaged, you will not be entitled to any refund.
